Level 3: 10+ Years’ Experience

• Drafting the project planning deliverables (recommendations related to IT-enabled projects and benchmarking business process with industry)

• Conducting the change impact analysis, the change management baseline, the business gap analysis;

• Analyzing, evaluating and identifying the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) of the organization;

• Creating a business transformation strategy, plan, and tools to support the business transformation and its implementation;

• Defining project scope into discrete projects and supporting the development of a benefits realization plan and framework as well as an organizational change management plan;

• Support and use the selected departmental methodologies.

• Supporting the consolidation and prioritization of requirements, options analysis;

• Support the preparation of the business case and costed options to be presented to the Treasury Board Secretariat;

• Supporting the identification and refinement of project costs and schedule, and

• Supporting the deliverables of the Senior Business Architect, Business Analyst and Project Manager.

Language Requirement: Fluently bilingual in English and French

Security Clearance Requirement: Reliability
